[REQ] Movable Pip Channel

I need someone to help me to code the above indicator. Can kind people here to help me to do for free? Thanks.. Kind of needing it urgently.

 

It has 3 parameters or variables

1) Pips Difference - Difference of pips between Line 1 to 2 or line 2 to 3

2) Colour - colour of the lines

3) Lines - Solid line, dotted line and so on.

4) Value of Line 2 - Do not know if u need for a starting value

 

What does this lines do

1. Once I put in a line 2, it will automatically draw out line 1 & 3 based on the pips difference (For example 30pips)
   
2. So if I double click on line 2, & shift the line, line 1 & Line 3 will automatically shift based on to new position based on the calculation.
   

 

It will be great if you can help to make line 1 & line 3 shiftable as well.

Meaning if it shift line 1, line 2 or line 3 will shift to new position base on the pips difference.

 

In the image, you can see Line 1, Line 2, Line 3. That will be the location showing value of each line. Thanks
