Here is the educated version. You might also upload the fonts in order to show the icons.

 

Edit: Full package including Manual and Font

Instructions:

- Copy all the content iside the "TBX" folder to your MT4 folder

- Copy the "TBX2.ttf" file into Control Panel/Fonts

- Add the script "TBX Install UserKey.mq4" into your chart

- Add the Indicator "TBX Indicator.mq4" into your chart

- And finally add the EA
