My fees are pretty good and the platform is rated #1 by Barron's for options trading. As for courses, if you don't have a familiarity with options, what they are and how they are traded I would recommend checking out the Options Industry Council website or any brokers free webinars and tutorials. I also got started by checking out the Optionetics video course from some years back. It's several chapters of video classes totaling about 9 hours worth of instruction that will get you up to speed on all the basics of options trading.
