It uses a dll and server side authentication, and the news avoidance filter is on their server. If the authentication is disabled, then the filter is also disabled. If anyone want to buy my license I would consider selling for a discount. Keep in mind you must pay a monthly fee as well and get ONLY 1 live and 1 demo.
