Line in the middle off the chart

Hello, is it possibel to code some kind of "indicator", which automatically makes a line, in the middle off the chart?

This "indicator" should also be able to move this line automatically to the middle of chart, when the chart is changing.

 

I use this manually added white line, as shown on the screenshot, but it would be nice to have it centered automatically.
