SAFE Indicator

Hi All

I have found the following indicator to give pretty good 'safe' signals. It is not repainting although sometimes I find you may have to refresh the current timeframe for signals to appear. I have got no idea where I got it from, but it seems to signal an RSI & MA Cross.....

I have two questions - firstly, does anybody know from what system or developer it comes from or is where it is derived from? Secondly, would it be possible to create an MTF version of it?

Thanks in advance

Andy

Hi Osirisja,

The Sidus indicator from my experience and in my opinion is not that reliable, but that is just me!......To answer your first question the developer is a member from Forex Factory named funny enough Sidnus, hence the name of the indicator.....It basically is two EMA's (18) and (28), and a 5 WMA......There are a number of versions to date as you are aware seeing you have V3....I have dug up the PDF that i got from the first thread years ago and uploaded it for you. Question #2 i haven't seen MTF Sidnus, is it possible? probably is, but it is far from my capabilities to code such a thing. Do a search on FF you will find a lot of info on it.
