Help in understanding the RSI_MA scalper

I am a beginer in forex and new to MT4. I have seen the RSI MA scalper. I would like to know the logic behind the RSI MA scalper EA. There are so many variables used in the EA that its confusing. I would like some body who is an expert in MT language, to decipher the meaning of the EA in simple language

 

like if RSI(14) > 30 and MA(14) ....
