the installation file is not working

I got the download to work. Both .exe files checked out OK on virustotal.com but the .dll throws up a 14% failure rate for potential virus/trojan/malware/nasties.

 

I uploaded it to mediafire as an alternative

I have downloaded and installed from mediafire .... i became a error : "Installpaket cannot be open" !!!!

Can somebody help me ?
