EA that opens trade when alarm comes??

Hello,

i´m searching for an ea which opens an order when the alarm comes up.

In my alarm there ist always "short" or "long" written.

So the ea should than open a short or a lng position...

The ea should maybe have money management or lot size option.

Is this possible?
