stovedude Posted December 19, 2010 Report Share Posted December 19, 2010 Just click on the magnifying glass at the top. This opens the strategy tester. Then choose your EA in the Expert Advisor tab. Then click "Expert Properties" to adjust the EA parameters. Then choose your Symbol (currency) and your Period. Check "Use date" and set your "From" date and your "To" date. Choose "Visual mode" if your want to watch the EA make its trades. Then click "Start". If you want to optimize the EA parameters, check the Optimization tab, uncheck the "Visual mode" box, and go to Expert Properties. There you will need to check the box for each parameter to optimize, as well as the start,step, and stop values for each. Vitautas Posted November 14, 2011 Report Share Posted November 14, 2011 (edited) Tester I have a problem with testing the Wallstreet Robot. It gives an error message (error -1) and does nothing....
