good system please educate

Dear friends, someone sent me this system and it seems quite good, but the indicators will expire so if any member can educate it would be really great.

 

i dont have the manual but once you apply the template its pretty straight forward. i'm trying to check if it repaints as results seem almost too good to be true.

 

if anyone knows the name of the system please do mention it .
