problem with load ea ! please help

hello all dear !

 

I have problem when Loading this expert : NEWS TRADER V5.5

 

I used VPS server and when running this expert , when Load , show this error ?

 

please see picture ?

for installation I get webget.dll to library folder and webget.mgh to include folder and !

but .... Error :(( but in my pc desktop full working well ..... :-O

please helping me to solved problem
