Help educating EA

So I got my hands on a compiled blacklisted EA and had it successfully decompiled. Now I have started editing the code trying to educate it but I can't seem to get it to trade. I managed to remove some of the checks but I seem to be missing something.

 

As this is my first attempt at educating an EA I would greatly appreciate some guidance from someone with more experience doing such things.

 

Since it is a BL EA we should prob chat outside of this forum. Please PM me if you are willing to help me learn.
