Need help please with this Indicator

Hi Great members of indo can someone please help with this indicator it works fine on my avafx demo account but when I log in to my live account it looks like this.

Are you talking about the dashed line that look like weekly pivots ?

what he refer is the line kwu ... the line that looks like ordinary pivot.

 

@benny you can adjust the periode count. i think theres nothing to do with the main function Indi but mainly the parameters (or symbol value) that u use were differ between the real and the demo. hope it helps :)

Really, I've looked and tried all indicators to do with pivots ....but they don't seem to work on live account , some do but i'm only after a weekly one, any help will be much appreciated.

Are these are weekly pivots? Have you checked whether the data on your chart actually goes back that far? If it doesn't then just download it from the history centre.

can someone help me to add an alert to this indi

The alert should come up when the macd closed in opposite colour, i mean when the color changes and closed.

Guys that indicator still bloody plays up even though i update my history...is anybody able to help?

Go to Tools, Options, Charts Tab increase Max Bars in History & Max Bars in Chart. Should work, if not I have a better Weekly Pivot indicator.

Just out of interest, how are you using the weekly pivots ? Are you using it fro S+R or to guage the trend ?

 

I just take note of the weekly pivot and use the daily pivots for S+R, comparing the daily to the weekly pivot can give trend info.

Yes just as s/r I quite like it on the 1hr time frame.

I mainly watch for a close above or below them, after bollinger bands contracting.
