Trading Software..With Portfolio Analysis...Metastock data

Hi,

I am after some advice. I am after a portfolio testing software package.

I would like to transfer a trading system, written in an old "excel based" software package.

I want to run one data against another, ie load 2 data sets at once, and, I would like to run this against a basket of other pairs. Think also equity index and stocks....My data is Metastock format.

I have been told Amibroker may do it, but does anyone know any others. Tradestation can load 2 data sets at once, but you can't run, or get the results of, say 20 pairs or stocks, unless you do them one at a time, as it does not have a portfolio or basket capability and it requires a new non excel language.
