I remember the Black Swan EA promising the same thing of "scouring" the net for currency info and then trading on it. Unfortunately, it never scoured anything but your account, because it was only indicator based and only retrieved period settings from the dll (internet).

No Backtests, no forward tests.. this looks like a scam right from the start. If its all that good without having to show edited videos why not post backtest and forward test reports? Hmm.. one wonders

Looking at the backtest, its purely Asian scalper trades, with poor modern performance. They then go on to claim it trades 24 hours. So one of the two is incorrect, either the shown test results; or the claim it trades 24 hours.

If you think about it, how could an EA surf the internet for currency news? And also determine the currency direction? Only a human could do that, and if the dll checks their website for this info, obviously a human would have to put it together for the EA anyway! It's a park-full of red flags...

for the advanced version there is no variable to input the robot key. it runs OK. i backtested it and it opened trades. the developer must have overlooked not putting in the authorization code in the advanced version. go figure.

The "live" test results on their site hxxp://www.mrnb0t.c0m/ are blatant fakes. Not only the USDCHF prices they 'inserted' into the trade records in Aug and Sep 2010 are 1.13xx and 1.23xx have the same timestamps, the real USDCHF prices around those months were nowhere near 1.13xx, only ranging between 1.0400 and 1.0000. So, they could not even fake it correctly :) Edited October 27, 2010 by clovelly
