Best Forex New site? Where to get live updates?

I am wondering what are the best Forex news sites people use?

There are surprisingly not many good ones.. that I can see..

 

I usedto always use FX360.com but I find the site is pretty crap .. it goes down alot and also they didnt even list the time or results for yesterdays NFP .. (Not sure if it is up now but it certainly wasnt there yesterday)

 

where do people go to listen LIVE or watch LIVE the actual results being called?

Ive heard it before during mentoring seminars, but where do ordinary folk like me go to hear this?
