This is easy, you have sections of 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m, H1 and H4 with three bars under each of the listed. This is mainly a trend indicator..when you see all bars (1M to H4) line up in green, you go long. When all bars (1m to H4) line up in red, you go short. I hope this helps Ajata.
