I found it in forex factory in a thread that was discussing WD Gann ...

looks more like information of trading based on w.d gann parameters than a system.

I was looking at the seller's info, and see what other products he sells, and located at least 2 other Gann-related offerings:

I also noticed, in one of these pages, in a Q&A section, he mentions that:

"i do not give out ultimate secret at any price. but i am willing to point the direction."

 

So it seems he is just selling his "notes" on how to trade Gann, as opposed to how he actually trades Gann.

 

Still, will be interested in reading his notes, if anyone is willing to share, you may need to wait for the physical mailing of his booklet, and then scan it, before the rest of us forumers can also benefit.

I do not know anything about this author, but if he did not fake his claim, he appeared to have doubled his account ten times within 25 days. If this claim is correct, that is quite impressive.

 

But one wonders, if he is truly confident with his trading skill, why start with only $123.29 in the account?

i only posted this link because the only great trader/analyst i did not study so far is WD Gann ... and while searching i found that link ... i understand it is not a system but some useful info

 

now on the downside ... i saw that in one of his last posts on forex factory he said he was down 400 pips ... which is like .... disappointing :)

 

for those interested in WD Gann here are some conclusions until now:

1. He did no trade FOREX http://indo-investasi.images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif his books are on stocks and commodities :P :)

2. I've talked to a guy that studied gann but he could not tell me if gann works on forex (never heard of this and never tried it)

3. What he told me is that if Gann Angles work then ... there is a high probability Gann studies work http://indo-investasi.images/smilies/happy.gif

4. The lowest timeframe i saw on the charts was Daily

5. Scale factor is ... crucial http://indo-investasi.images/smilies/happy.gif Don't believe me? Draw an Angle Line with any angle u want. Then zoom in and out ... while the chart changes the line will not so that will effect the entire analysis

Thanks Loopyno, for sharing your insight.

 

In terms of trading currencies with Gann, at least good news for us forex trader is that, (if the author is genuine), his doubling his account ten times over 25 days was done on an Oanda account, and going briefly through his statement, in addition to trading gold, he was also trading currencies.

 

In terms of timeframe, I was trying to manually track some of his trades on that Oanda statement above, I think many of his trades were started and closed within the same day, so I assume he somehow was able to trade this system at a timeframe lower than the daily timeframes.

 

But without reading his actual materials, these are just my observation/guesses for now only. Will be very interested in reading his notes if anyone will share.
