Back testing and order modify error

Just wondering if any of the techinical experts here have a way of avoiding "OrderModify error 145" when backtesting ea's? After all, if this error is encountered when running back tests, the results cannot be all that accurate, can they?

Thanks for the clarification as to how this error is triggerred, but my concern is that does this not make back tests unreliable?

if it's an error when modifying SL the failure of the modification should not lead to an advantage for the outcome of the trade in general.

If the broker's STOPLEVEL is like 10pips or so and you are running with a TS of 5 pips you never get the mod accepted. This could be a disadvantage for the EA

On the other side a trade could run up to TP without being stopped out

For sure the 145 doesn't add reliability
