it seems reverse-pyramiding-strategy. i know this strategy. i code an ea with pyramiding-strategy. To survive you need to wait for retracement of currency. If ea meets a trend it's difficult to exit without loss. As you can see ea needs a large liquidity.

Otherwise, it's interesting to see source code and to discover if I am right (better if I am wrong).
