I havent seen that it is repaining. In sideway markets it works very good but on trending markets it gives many false signals. Is there a manual which says what is the TP and SL ?

you need to filter out lots of arrows from this indicator.

Maybe only pick up the the arrows where you have price/cci divergence, and at major S/R level.

IMO even if it does not repaint, there are many better indicators available than this..
