Dont think there is such a thing as holy grail but the indi does look good. I also received a email from a guy claiming to sell it. i mailed him but no reply

Its not a real indicator. It might be a real indicator, but it doesn't perform the way the OP would have us believe. If it was mine, I wouldn't give it away, or sell it, or tell anybody about it.
