I also frequently hear and read the interest rate. just do not understand how an application to price movements? If anyone would like to explain would be very valuable at all

May I help this...

The interest rate is paid an annual interest rate of a loan, obtained from the percentage of the amount of interest earned each year divided by the number of loans.

What is the function, especially on forex trading?

If interest rates rise, then the currency will be stronger because of higher interest rates attract more foreign investors.

Being one of the primary focus of traders, especially short-term interest rates. Because short-term interest rates as an important factor in the assessment of the currency, traders see other indicators only to predict how prices will change in the future.
