I think LR still the best options then... LR is one option that FBS give to us, and local changer is another option, so it's different if you make withdrawal using LR and local changer, you doesn't need your LR account to make withdrawal using local changer. Just make account in local changer that you trust to make your deposit or withdrawal. " We still will get our withdrawal money using local changer, although we doesn't have LR account. I tried to withdraw via local exchanger, while LR maintenance and the request was denied.
