no my friend.. is not and indicator..

just I am using the price like support or resistance.

 

I start my support or resistance price levels with:

 

For Example EURUSD.

 

I only trade BUY/SELL whit this support/resistance price levels..

1.2000

1.2300

1.2600

1.2900

1.3000

1.3300

 

and I am using for TP or STop lose the others price levels.

 

Fore Example EURUSD:

 

1.2100

1.2200

1.2400

1.2500

1.2700

but the stop loss is always - 50 or - 60 pips no more or reversal signal.

hi ,

 

i use a similar method , and i complete it with a chart of the same pair but in a shorter time with point and figure to confirm the trend , i mean to know where the price will go , sup or resistance .

Hi cazador,

 

I like the simplicity and the strategy seems to work well from your examples.

 

Rather than drawing your own psych. lines all the time, there's an indicator you can use called sweetspots.mq4 (just google it - it's freely available).

 

I think the indi. defaults were written for a 4 digit broker, so you may need to add 0 to some of the gap parameters.

How did you know the pricewill go to Up or Down ? How did you know if the price break Resistance will go North or reversal goes to south ? Any special formula, please ? Edited May 30, 2010 by Gyverd

He enters when the linechart crosses the violette lines.

But how are these lines drawn? And what is your exit strategy. As I can see on the first screens you dont wait until it hits a violete line again. So please give us some more information :)
