I have tested this ea and i want you see too.

 

There are a lot of setting and you can see whith me for finding the better.

 

i have found all the indicator need except one, the expert work but i need williamseav.ex4.

Williamseav is in the thread you gave. williamseav.mq4 is the source code - when you put it into MT4 and use it, the executable williamseav.ex4 will be automatically created.
