Yes, we all hope for a repeal of the Dodd-Frank law. Frank was the guy that forced banks to loan money to people who could not afford the loans. The banks were threatened with IRS audits, fines, etc. Then when the banks made the "bad loans" as they were forced to. Thousands of loans were not paid back, and there was a collapse of any surplus funds throughout the country. Then after he did all his damage, Frank had the "nerve" to blame the "banks" and say that they were too "greedy" to make loans to people who could not afford them!! Yet, there are hundreds of bank officers that were willing to come forward and verify that they were threatened by Frank (or his agents) to make the loans "or else". Fortunately, Frank's popularity with the voters got so low that he was "forced" to retire, or, get voted out if he did not retire. He had originally planned to stay in office for at least another 10 years. Now we just need to repeal his unconstitutional laws that he got passed... X-(

it seems like a vicious circle sneed...i was not aware of that....suppose the news got filtred quite a lot untill they reach the old continent.

unfortunatelly laws are never favorable to the society but to those in power.

I am still waiting for my account fund. I funded my account the same day "Sandy" did with FXDD in NY!!! Hopefully it will be ready by Monday.

what happened to your account exactly?

I funded the account the same day Sandy ( the storm) hit NY. The offices are still closed with no internet and no one to verify and deposit the funds. The rep said they are trying to open up on Monday.

what are you saying? zulutrade offices never closed during Sandy hit, more or less because they are NOT in the states.

as far as your finding's concerned ask your broker.

it has nothing with Zulu, just my broker was in NY and could not fund the (FXDD) account. And I could not trade a live account without funding it first. As of this morning I am all set with a live trading account. I will post result/trades as they close.
