Can someone create this indicator for MT4?

 

Commercials Proxy Index (Formula: MovingAvg (Open - Close, bars used in average) / MovingAvg (Range, bars used in average) * 50 + 50) The index formula...use 8 or 9 for value of the bars used in average

 

Would be much appreciated.

This indicator “mimics” COT Commercials Index indicator available in Genesis trading platform on a weekly basis.

You can also use this indicator on any timeframe (intraday) because it’s showing the change in momentum before the change in price action happen.
