This is not really a system in the way we think of trading systems. It's more like programming your mind to do all the things you should do in trading but fail to do so. It may not be for everyone when I first started listing to this lady voice telling me to relax and focus it was all I do to make it through the session.

However after playing and listening to this a few times a week for a month it does make you a better trader. You will make much fewer mistakes.

 

The file is 120mb
