The program needs a key in order to install the indicators. If you can get the key I can decompile the indicators.

rar is a type of compressed file, you need 7-zip or a similar program to extract the files: http://www.7-zip.org/

You don't have to interpret the spaghetti indication just read suggestions like EURUSD long; EURJPY short and then verify the charts. It is the same like the 2 years old Delphi system with around 5 indicators.
