MQ4 EA Hedge on open candle

Need some help with a new EA:

 

Entry Rules:

When the new candle OPEN then makes 2 pending orders a buy and a sell.

 

BUY ORDER : previous high candle (+-x pips)

SELL ORDER: :previous low candle (+-x pips)

This EA was designed for Daily breakouts though it looks as though it will work on other timeframes too (if not, it should at least provide a good template to work from):
