Caspian EA questions...

Hello,

i backtestet and forward demo testet the Caspian EA on EUR/GBP M15.

I want to start with 200$ starting balance.

What do you think is the best broker for that.

What do you think of FXM Trading Group as a broker?

And in the settings:

StartHour: 20 (GMT) EndHour: 22 (GMT)

I´m from Berlin and its i thin GMT+1.

The Market in my mt4 shows the exact time as here in Berlin.

What settings should i enter? 21 and 23?
