Heiken Ashi Pillars

Hi guys,

 

This just came to my mind that if it is possible to create a Volume like indicator for heiken ashi.

 

Here is the idea:

 

> Blue pillar for bullish HA

> Red Pillar for Bear HA

> Brown pillar for HA bullish spinning Top

> White pillar for HA bearish spinning Top.

 

Please let me knwo if it is possible to create one.

just edit the MTF HAS mq4s and replace where it says in the code "Heiken_Ashi_Smoothed" with "Heiken Ashi" - compile - voila...you have it

This one is really helpful for me now. Now i can use both HA and candlestick. :-bd

 

Just want to ask you one more question though ... the bottom is the HA for current time frame. What about the other 3 HA? I am using H4 TF for my system. So does that mean those other 3 are for D1, W1 & MN1 ? Please clarify this thing to me.

yes you are right - the indicator will always plot the current timeframe plus the next 3 higher TFs - if you use H4 on chart, you will have H4,D1,W,M --if you put it on M1, you will have M1,M5,M15,M30...

It does not show the proper data on different time frames
