I searched this forum and found threads regarding Harvester 3 EA, but that appears to be a different EA as it trades GBPUSD.

 

This EA trades multiple currencies, only on Sunday looking for currency pairs with the largest weekend gaps. It has a very high win rate due to it taking advantage of these gaps.

Hi. All work from birt you can safely assume it is fully educated at highest standard.

Just back tested EUR/USD 1999-2010 90%model. The result is okay. No single loss trade since 2006. (A series of big losses in year 2005 though) Also my backtest shows that this EA is quite spread tolerant (at least for EUR/USD. Tested it with 1.5 pip Spread as well as 3 pip Spread, getting same result)

 

Since it only open trades on Monday so it can be used along side of other quality scalpers which usually don't trade on Monday to avoid volatility/gaps.

it asks for 'valid e-mail address' which is a validation item for original ea according to the manual. Do we bypass it, does it work properly without putting the address or what?

The stop losses are set high to give the trades breathing room if necessary. To trade with no stop loss would be foolish, so they are set so as not to blow up the account when hit.

 

There is very little chance of it hitting a S/L but, of course, we cannot guarantee that it won't. The only user setting is "Risk". The default is 20. Basically, if all open trades on one currency hit the S/L, then you would lose 20% of your account.

 

You can set the risk lower depending on your risk tolerance.
