please fix FFCAL News Indicator

Hi Scarface,

 

Could you help me look into this indicator why the plotting of "ShowVertNews" is always 2 hours earlier shown in my fxpro chart [see attached picture]. However it is working fine in GMT+0 Broker [e.g. IBFX and ODL], .

 

Did I set it wrongly or the problems of the code itself.

I'm so sorry about the late reply. These days I'm unable to check the forum as I used to before. I have a lot of work to do, but I will do my best to come by whenever I have time.

 

O.k, for the indicator, the code is fine and working properly. I believe that it is because of the GMT. You mentioned that you are using Fxpro trading platform, and their GMT is +2.

 

I guess that if you change it to 1 or 2, there would be some difference. Try to set it up to zero as well and see how things go.

 

If this problem is still happening, I would assume that there is some code missing and it is a GMT time related to vertical news adjustment.

 

I will check it again and reply you soon.

Thank you for your precious time on this checking and modification.

 

Yr modified ind did not plot any vertical news, whereas the original one does, when I compared them side by side, kindly check it again if u r free during weekend. :)
