All missing files are included and also fixed the issue of playing the video files directly when clicking on the link in the default.htm. Once completed I will post the link here. The Metatrader 4 standard MACD indicator only has the histograms and one line. Can somebody post a line where I can download the macd indicator that has the 2 lines for a crossover.
