Fibonacci extension

Hello,

Do you know any course of fibonacci extension?

I saw Bootcamp extension and he says:

when point "c" goes to 38,20% the extension goes to 161,8% or more

when point "c" goes to 50,00% the extension goes to 138,2 until 161,8%

when point "c" goes to 61,80% the extension goes to 121,4 until 138,2%

when point "c" goes to 78,60% the extension goes to 100,0 until 121,4%

 

The FXKnight says the extension is:

when point "c" goes to 38,20% the extension goes to 138,2%

when point "c" goes to 50,00% the extension goes to 161,8%

when point "c" goes to 61,80% the extension goes to 161,8%

when point "c" goes to 78,60% the extension goes to 100,0%-161,8%

 

So I sincerely do not know what to believe.
