Have you downloaded both PFA v2 ex4 and mq4 files? Did you put both files in the Metatrader\experts\indicator folder? Maybe you have other charts open with too many indicators, try to close some charts. In last resort, try to reinstall Metatrader or install another Metatrader in a different folder.
