[REQ] SIMPLE EA - HELP PLEASE

OK I am looking for a simple EA that will place a trade at a particular time of the day (broker time). EA should have a TP setting (SL optional). Should also have the option for me to tell it when to do a LONG or SHORT trade. Should be able to set minute like 12:01.

It's being very hard to find a so simple EA like this. Please help.
