Seems like a curve fitted EURUSD trend EA. The lack of forward results says quite a lot.

Website looks identical to other EAs. I suspect that there are probably a hundred EAs all from the same company. Shouldn't these companies be required to tell us all the company names that they do business under.

I can show you a better backtest, but what is the point?? they are worthless, live stats would get your friends EA more recognition.

I didn't make it, my friend does. I asked her, and she said that the result in 2009 is not as good as 2008. Moreover, the quality of data tick from FXDD Live Server in that year is not 90% (NA), and there are many mismatch bars. Sometimes the data is more than 4 digit (y.xxxx) so the EA can not open it's position.

 

Does anyone know why those happen?

 

1. the data quality is na.

2. mismatch bar.

3. the data for open price or whatever is more than four digits.

Yeah I agree with you, the forward test is far more trustworthy than the backtest one. But, we need to rent VPS to running them.
