I had a lot of good trades with the Oanfx system but it does require a big stoploss but the indicators are really good. Right now I am using fibs and trendlines. Check out my journal for more info.

Oan Abha is for H4 but is risky business, that is all for H4 :(

There is a good 4 hour system using MACD at forex Factory by some one named Neilson

MACD is a great indicator for long term trading.
