forexample Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 First, I don't like to use these for buy/sell but more for confirmation when I see a signal. Also to consider exiting a trade. I know there are the usual RSI, CCI etc which I like but I wonder if anyone has an indicator which combines these to make more of an averages OBOS indicator, something like the pulse indicator at the bottom of this link http://www.financial-spread-betting.com/Market-Indicators.html Basically I am looking for one OBOS indicator to use to help confirm entry and exit points based on other conditions. Your help and sharing is appreciated ^:)^

Above keywords go nowhere but for some crap paid system...I mean a real open source indicator.
hockboon Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 Re: Overbought / Oversold Indicators TFX OBOS is quite a reliable indicator, combining with others like the TFX reversal, TFX pivot and TFX pivot pro, gives quite a resonable result. I have tried comparing TFX OBOS with others like SMI (8,4,5,3), Stochastic (5,3,3). The signals given are quite similar. I used it mainly on m5, sometimes on m15 or m30. Just my 2 cents.
