MQL/JForex Converter for Dukascopy

Anybody notice on Dukascopy that there is now a converter to change mq4 code to JForex java code.

Has anybody tried yet. Maybe a great broker for scalping?

I tried that two weeks ago. Found that the converter still not complete yet, still a lot of MQL functions not included in the converter library. I did wrote to the programmer concern this, and he confirm that.

Thanks, did the conversion provide enough information perhaps to modify it yourself? ie were the basic buy / sell rules & ordersending logic intact?

I would say it did provide some information after conversion, but not enough. You will need to based on Jforex compiling errors to do some manual correction yourself. But you have to know Java in order to do all the correction. For now, it may be good to convert some indicator, but definitely not for EA.

I found a free one and I wanted to share it. Here is the URL to download it:

It is actually open source and coded to work with JForex DukasCopy. Please post your experience with it.

That's the one I used. The latest is v1.4.

Yes that's the tool, I checked it myself, it does convert everything but not correctly so the compile gives multiple errors. Unfortunately looks like will need some help here to convert mt4 to java!

I tried gettin this going a couple of days ago and it dont work.. The author admits there are a lot of holes in it.. Wait for next version.. Quit wasting your time...
