yes, one good thing is that I think when an arrow appears it doesn't disappear again

 

problem is some arrows appear in already past candles

 

for example candle n just closes and an AFSTAR arrow appears suddenly at candle n-1 or n-2...

That is true... but I like it also because usually I still have time to catch some pips :D ...

 

The best way to use it is as a early signal of reversal (but not to early what I like) and with other indicator of course

Actually both still have trouble with the past bars..

 

Fire up the trading simulator and back up to about April 6 Eur/Chf or so and you will see both buy and sell arrows come and go.. There was a slow up trend there and the down arrow appeared and then went away.. The actual up trend continued.. There are several more examples later that day..

A completely rennovated uber version, it doesn't repaint but produces less signals when live trading but dandy anyway.
