This is compiled with mt4 latest build and until today, no decompiler is available. So, forget it for now to get it decompiled.

Use notepad to check your ex4 file. If the first 4 letters is "ex", it is compiled with mt4 build 6xx and above, it cannot be decompiled. If "ex4", decompilation is possible.
