It is virus-free ,depends on what king of antivirus software you use. every free or cheap antivirus software will detect the cracks as viruses.

Try with Kaspersky or Bitdefender and wiil not get any warnings about that file.

Agree with you. I tried reputable virustotal.com, report is below:

28 out of 41 antiviruses detected trojan.

Could be that patch procedures considered as trojan attack code.
