(REQ) Bollinger Band Matrix

I've been getting spammed lately from this site advertising the latest and greatest system :-

Looks like it getting released sometime today, although not currently for the MT4 platform, even tho they say they will port the system to any trading platform by request.

 

Anyone else seen this yet? or getting the same marketing hype.
