I think

 

if low 4 arrows are up then BUY

 

if High arrows go down then CLOSE

 

Use an MA also or FMTL ?

Thanks for your answer sonny. But it remains still unclear.

 

There are three sections of arrow sets. Yellow, White, and Purple.

 

How many arrows on buy section(white) to buy and/or

sell section(yellow) to buy???

 

And what is the purple section(BB)?

 

I couldn't figure it out at all.

 

If you have source file(mq4), can you post it?
