I think it's made with photoshop. You can use gimp for the freeware.

I've download and install the gimp, but can't find the "Arrow" tool even in its help file.

 

Have u tried this software b4?

Nope. I haven't tried gimp before.

 

They said it's a "clone" of photoshop, and I have tried photoshop. So hopefully the way to do things is quite the same.

 

To draw an arrow you have to use "pencil" tool. So, you basically draw 3 lines with your mouse just like using a pencil. Well, it's not an exactly straight lines, but it's the easiest way to draw those arrows.

 

To draw a perfectly straight line in photoshop is quite complicated although not difficult. You need to:

- use "rectangle marquee" tool

- fill with the color using "paint bucket" tool

- "transform" then "rotate" from the "edit" menu

 

Well, I normally just use the pencil tool. It just takes 5 seconds to draw those arrows :P

So anyone else here have the handy image tool software which can draw nicely the arrows and texts as shown in the chart I attached above.

Yes . With Hypersnap You can do more than that and very easy. :)

 

Capture,edit image etc. Very easy to use . Here portable one, so you don't have to install:
